inContAlert with presentation at the 75th Congress of the DGU

Dr. Jannik Lockl and Pascal Fechner, two of the founders of inContAlert, attended the congress of the German Society of Urology. At the anniversary event in Leipzig, they gave a presentation on demand-oriented management of the urinary bladder for patients with neurogenic bladder dysfunction.

The team presented the results of a study conducted between August 2022 and January 2023 using an innovative measurement technology to predict bladder filling with an accuracy of 129.5 ml mean absolute error. Numerous renowned experts in the field of neuro-urology participated in the congress and the lectures.

After the presentation, the founders were available for exchange on site. The event provided an opportunity to discuss the measurement approach with an expert audience from the urology community.

With approximately 7,500 members, the DGU is one of the largest medical societies in Germany and promotes scientific research, guideline development, and evidence-based treatment in urology.
